Amarilla Golf property

Just drop off the TF1 motorway and follow the main road around the golf course and you will discover a leafy green suburb where modern developments blend with the wonders of Tenerife nature. A new marina is almost complete and plans are well advanced for a new sandy beach, so this is clearly an area where property will hold it’s value. Lets wind our way down into Amarilla Golf to see what is has to offer. The first development is Augusta Park, a short swing away from the golf clubhouse. These apartments have good facilities including a shared pool, car parking and supermarket.

Moving down to Pinehurst, these apartments are out to the edge of the resort and have great views of the mountains and the sea. As we follow the contours of the golf course you will notice that building her is low level, with nothing getting much over three floors.

Scorpio and Fairways are on the main road as it cuts from east to west and at their point half way down the hill, they receive a nice cooling breeze off the sea. The whole of Amarilla Golf is well suited to families but Fairways in particular is very attractive with a large heated communal pool and special arranged activities for the little ones.

The sea front area is known as Pebble Beach for obvious reasons but imported sand will soon make that name a bit old fashioned. This is where a lot of the bars and restaurants can be found, it’s nothing like the bigger resorts along the coast, you wont find loud nightclubs and flashing lights, just sun kissed terraces, good food and good company.

In this front line area you will find complexes like Aquarius, Gemini, Libra, Aries La Quinta, Virgo and Ocean Ridge. There are more villas down here as well as apartments and their closeness to the ocean and spacious swimming pools mean they are always in demand as rental properties, and a regular source of income for your investment.

Amarilla Golf has developed it’s own charm and has a nice family atmosphere, as soon as you move in, you will feel like one of the family.
