Properties hand picked for pleasure and profit, you could make a full
time hobby out of looking for your new home in Tenerife.

Many holiday makers that come to Golf del Sur, on the south east coast, don’t venture out of the resort, not that Tenerife isn’t full of great attractions, but there is everything they could possibly need on site. Property owners soon form the same attachment, this large friendly, mainly British community, is a great place to live.
Just off the TF1 motorway 10 minutes from the south airport and 15 minutes from the vibrant clubs and bars of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, Golf del Sur has a wide range of property, plenty of bars and quality restaurants and even an English church and school, perfect for families. No wonder property is at a premium on this resort.
Let’s have a look round at some of the attractive property choices. The resort is roughly divided into two halves, west as you come in and east the other side of the golf course. Just in the middle, almost totally embraced by the course is Fairways where you will find our office. This small village has a cosy feel with plenty of shady palms to give privacy and the communal pools and gardens add to the sedate setting.
Going back to the entrance of Golf del Sur we find San Andres just before the clubhouse. With three pools, a gymnasium, tennis and squash courts, there’s plenty to do but you might just want to relax at the Hawaiian pool bar or Bacchus restaurant.
The horseshoe design of Golf del Sur means the apartments and villas all rest on a hillside that slopes down to the sea. On your way down you will pass Ocean Boulevard, Green Park, The Palms, Las Adelfas and Sunningdale Village, all with excellent facilities on site and near to 2 large entertainment bars, Grandee O’Donnells and The Wild Geese.
Las Adelfas is in two parts either side of the road and these lovely town house style apartments are landscaped with private terraces and gardens. There are restaurants and bars and four pools to chose from, what you might not expect is a piano room, snooker room, games room and a supermarket on site.
Parque Albatross, Residential Golf park and Pueblo Primavera are smaller but just as welcoming complexes nearer to the sea front and with views to impress. Along the cliff front, looking out to the Atlantic and the red mountain beyond the airport, are Santa Barbara and San Miguel Villas. Santa Barbara is built in a sun trapping semi circle tiered gently around large pool, San Miguel Villas are spacious and open with plenty of garden space to relax in.
Now you are over on the east side with Sunset View, Sand Club and Alamos Parque bringing you back up to Fairways. Sunset View is a great range of apartments, perfect for families and complete with a kiddies and a full size pool, Jacuzzi and balconies with all round views. Sand Club is a smaller complex of one and two bedroom apartments but homely and pleasant. At the other extreme, Alamos Parque is a large complex with luxury villas finished to a high quality and with private gardens and pools for that touch of class.
In the middle of these complexes is San Blas, a bright modern commercial centre that has something for everyone including a nightclub and a church. Just outside is the English Education Centre, an English curriculum school for 3 to 11 year olds.
Golf del Sur really is a self contained paradise with property and prices to meet all needs. Golf del Sur properties has hand picked some of the best and is waiting to match them to your dreams.
